Dr. King performs forensic psychological evaluations in a variety of contexts, addressing the complex issues that surface in, for example, criminal law proceedings, guardianship determinations, family court matters, and employee-related civil situations.

Such evaluations are completed in an objective, thorough, and meticulous manner, resulting in information that assists attorneys in better preparing their cases, and if necessary, a report that assists the trier of fact in determining a ruling.   

As an expert witness, Dr. King explains her findings in a clear manner and using plain language, allowing juries to understand the complicated psychological issues inherently present in her work.   

Objective Evaluation of Organizations

In addition to evaluating individuals, Dr. King's understanding of systems allows her to assess the strengths and weaknesses of organizations. 

By viewing the organization as a system, Dr. King applies the principles of clinical and organizational psychologies to identify the strengths of the organization, diagnose areas in need of improvement, and recommend appropriate strategies.

Further, as the recommended strategies are being implemented, Dr. King can provide ongoing program evaluation to measure the impact of the changes to ensure the organization is meeting its goals.
